Privacy policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
This policy explains what information Smoky Mountain AI Experts (Anthony Bachner, "I", "me") collects through bachner.org and how it's used. Questions? Email anthony@bachner.org.
What I collect
- Information you send me: when you fill out the contact form or email me, I receive your name, business name, phone number, email address, type of business, what you're interested in and anything you write in the message.
- Basic site data: like most websites, the hosting provider logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
How I use it
- To respond to your request and talk with you about my services.
- If you checked the box allowing texts, to text you about your request. See the SMS terms.
What I don't do
- I don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- I don't share your phone number or text messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
- I don't add you to a mailing list.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions. Email is handled by Google. If you become a client, texting and scheduling run through a customer messaging platform. These providers only process information to deliver their service to me.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide services and keep business records. Ask me and I'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing anthony@bachner.org. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
