When you're on a job and can't pick up, the caller gets a friendly text from your business within seconds, so they reply to you instead of calling the next shop.
How it works
- A customer calls your normal business number. If you answer, nothing changes.
- If you don't pick up within about four or five rings, the call forwards to a local 865 number set up for your business. The caller can leave a voicemail as usual.
- Within about a minute, the caller gets a text from your business: sorry we missed you, what can we help with, and a link to book a time.
- You get an alert with their number and the voicemail transcript, and you reply from one app on your phone. Every reply is logged.
